well where do i start. i bought a dabcool2 from yall it took awhile to get but i figured that. got to use it for about 2 weeks and the atomizer went out on it. so instead of sending the whole dabcool2 back to yall i decided to just order the atomizer. which must be a problem with the part cause all the sites including yours was out of stock so i waited a month to get it and when i opened the package the otimizer was broken it was in 3 peices it pose to be 1 part so i contacted yall and was told to contact route so i did they wanted a pic so i sent them one and they sent me back an email saying it needed more pics why would they need more pics its in 3 parts and pode to be 1 so needless to say your customer service sucks and u really dont care about the people who buy products from u spent over 200 dollars at your site and still dont get to use the product i bout and its been well over 2 months since i bought the product yall should be ashamed of yourselfs

Hey SC -- great service on my most recent order, but what ever happened to Order #330766, which was the first order I placed with you, and after finding out my selection was out of stock, went with your suggestion on a replacement, but I still haven't received it. Bought their XVAPE rechargeable vape and after a couple weeks of experimenting with it I just couldn't get it to work well for me so contacted Smoke Cartel to return it for refund or exchange for a more expensive vape that might work better. They did respond in a timely manner but informed me that if they could tell it had been used they couldn't refund or exchange. REALLY? Exactly how do they expect someone to find out how it works without trying the product first? Any wonder Amazon is taking over the world with their no questions asked returns? These folks don't have to worry about taking over anything with their customer care policy! My order # 346161 FYI

so you guys are great, fast and professional. I took delivery of the new vape and on day 3 it started making noise. It still works but sounds like it has loose parts rattling around inside the unit. Can you help with repair or replacement? thanks, Jim Walker

I ordered a grinder and a dry herb vaporizer, was supposed to arrive october 12th and still have not received shipping info. Have had to go back and forth with support for days when it should handled after one email. The support staff is nice but this company should not be accepting orders when they can't fufill them, covid is no excuse. I appreciate the kindness of the support staff, but the new grindr support gave me as a replacement still hasn't been shipped and i've yet to hear anything about my 120 dollar vaporizer. Very dissapointed, be careful if you decide to do business with this company.
